How to Manage Payment Methods on FibaCloud

You can add, edit, and delete payment methods on the Billing page in the Payment methods section.

FibaCloud accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards. You can set credit and debit cards as your primary payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Diners Club, and JCB credit cards.
  • Third-party providers, ike PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can set PayPal and you can make one-time payments with all third-party providers.

We do not accept virtual, electron, or prepaid cards.

When you have more than one payment method saved to your account, the first one you add becomes the default payment method and will be charged automatically each billing cycle. Subsequent payment methods are marked as backups.

Adding a Payment Method

To add a new payment method, click Add card to open the Add a new payment method window.


Add a credit card

In the window that opens, enter the card information and click Save Payment Method.

Using PayPal as a Payment Method

FibaCloud does not yet allow you to add your PayPal account. But you can still use PayPal as a payment method.


To use PayPal as your payment method, you will need to make pre-payments each month before your bill is due.

  • Add prepaid balance with PayPal. The only way to use PayPal right now is to add a prepaid balance to your account. To do this, click the PayPal Tab on the payment methods page and create an invoice by selecting the balance amount to be loaded.
  • You can pay the generated invoice with PayPal. Afterwards, your prepaid account balance will be automatically added to your account.

Editing a Payment Method

To update the information of a saved payment method, you can use the Edit button next to the relevant payment method from the payment methods page.


You can update the name and expiration date of your card from the opened model.


Also you can change the default payment method by clicking Make Primary.


Deleting a Payment Method

To remove a registered payment method, click Delete in the payment method's box. In the Card Delete Confirmation window that opens, click Delete to remove the card. You must have at least 1 credit card in the account.


Help with Payments

Can I have a refund?

We do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, contact support.

Can I have an extension on the due date of my bill?

We do not offer extensions. If your account remains past due, your account will be suspended. If you need more time to pay your bill, contact support.

My credit card expired or was declined, so my payment failed. How do I prevent my account from being suspended?

Prevent your account from being suspended by making a payment. You can add a new payment method, update an existing payment method, or pay via PayPal.

If there is an outstanding balance on the account, your updated card will be charged within 24 hours. Otherwise, your card is charged at the end of the monthly billing cycle.

Why was my credit card declined?

There are many reasons why a card may be declined, but banks typically do not pass this information along to FibaCloud. It is also not unusual for a card to work in some situations and not others. We recommend that you contact your bank. They should be able to tell you more about the declined payment and root cause.
